Indian Waters Council
The Indian Waters Council, founded in 1916 as the Columbia Council, now serves eight central South Carolina counties including; Bamberg, Calhoun, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Orangeburg, Richland, and Saluda.

Merit Badge Requirements
