Troop 312 is part of the Etowah Creek District of the Indian Waters Council of Boy Scouts of America in South Carolina.

Indian Waters Council
The Indian Waters Council, founded in 1916 as the Columbia Council, now serves eight central South Carolina counties including; Bamberg, Calhoun, Fairfield, Kershaw, Lexington, Orangeburg, Richland, and Saluda.
